Natures Secrets

Some things are so beautiful,
That they have a gravitational pull,
One that lures all those who stray,
And takes you out of blue and grey.
From dew drops sparkling on the leaves,
To robins singing morns and eves,
And tiny butterflies that know the way,
To dance and hop and fly away.
From a barley field in the breeze,
That dances to and fro with ease,
To the mighty eagle that flies above,
And the peace that brings the snowy dove.
The dances of the daffodils,
As they stretch across the hills,
And black bucks grazing in the field,
That the farmers work-fully yield.
The snow-capped mountains,
And nature’s waterfalls and fountains,
The cacti in a dessert land,
That have a crown of spikes so grand,
The canopy of a rainforest,
That has the wildlife of the best,
To the seas that loom below,
Where all the coral and fish grow.
I find some things so beautiful,
That when I look at them they have a pull,
That draws me to them,
That makes me chase them,
Because they’re ever so wonderful.
